Rutgers Izaiah Brown Wins Fourth Straight Big 10 400M Indoor Title

History was made on Saturday afternoon at the 2019 Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Rutgers senior Izaiah Brown won his fourth consecutive title in the 400m, running a time of 45.82.

Brown is the only runner in program history to win four consecutive conference titles in one event. He ends his indoor career as the Big Ten and Rutgers record holder in the 400m from his 2017 time of 45.32. Brown also won the 400m Big Ten outdoor title in 2016 as a freshman.
